Yoga for Core Strength

The “core” is much more than just your abs. At this workshop we’ll explore the anatomy of the core and learn specific yoga poses that engage the deep abdominals, spine, hip muscles, glutes and shoulder girdle as a cohesive whole.

Energizing Body, Mind & Spirit
with the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu

This practical workshop with Ursula Rocci will introduce you to an ancient Japanese healing art of harmonizing the life energy in the body which can be practised on yourself and others - anywhere, anytime.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle therapy that uses light finger pressure over specific points on the clothed body. It works with a system of 26 energy sites which are unique to Jin Shin Jyutsu. It has shown to relieve discomfort and pain, reduce stress and fatigue, increase immune function, improve digestion and create emotional equilibrium.
In this introductory workshop you will be shown basic flow patterns and simple exercises to take home so that you can participate in your own healing process.
We hold in our hands the power to help and heal ourselves!

Yin Yoga for Better Sleep

Experts agree that getting enough sleep is the foundation of good health, but it’s easier said than done. At this workshop you will learn Yin Yoga postures designed with relaxation in mind to help you achieve deep restorative sleep. We will use blocks, blankets and other props to create spaciousness and ease and allow deep relaxation. You will leave with a handout of the poses to practice at home on your own.
